• AGM Lunch: You are invited to join us for a light lunch on the day ($20 per person). Please confirm your attendance for the lunch and any dietary requirements in your RSVP. Payment can be made by cash or credot card on the day.

Meeting Documents

The 2024 AGM Agenda will be available 14 days before the meeting, except for the financial report which might be available for request a few days before the AGM. Further advice on its availability will be provided closer to the date.

Voting Rights & Proxies

As a TSA Member, you are entitled to one vote on any election or decision taken during the AGM.

If you cannot attend, you may arrange a proxy vote in accordance with clause 6.4(d) of the constitution (October 2022). You can download a proxy form here
